Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Tennessee is hiring Full-Time CNAs to support residents with daily nursing care, medication assistance, and compassionate interactions. Both day and night shifts are available in a warm, patient‑centered environment.

New hires receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus with full-time employment, paid as $500 at 6 months and $500 at 9 months. Eligible applicants should have a high school diploma, CNA training, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation; must remain current.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, etc.).
• Assist with medications as directed and under supervision.
• Deliver compassionate care and support to residents and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.

Education

Active state CNA license

CPR certification

1 year skilled nursing experience preferred
