Assisting Hands Home Care - Franklin is seeking a dependable Client Services Coordinator (CNA) to join our office leadership team in Franklin. This role blends client coordination, caregiver supervision, scheduling support, training, and daily office operations.

Ideal candidates are CNAs who enjoy working with people, are comfortable with technology, and are eager to grow into leadership positions. Training is provided for the right candidate with drive and professionalism.

Formación

• Current CNA certification required.
• Previous hands-on caregiving experience.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence communicating with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Ability to provide direction, training, and constructive feedback to caregivers.
• Willingness to learn new software and processes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls from clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Coordinate new client intakes, gather information, answer questions, and assist with assessments and starting care.
• Conduct caregiver supervisory visits in clients’ homes to ensure quality care and address concerns.
• Lead caregiver meet-and-greets, introducing caregivers to clients and helping ensure successful care starts.
• Assist with caregiver training, providing hands-on instruction, coaching, and support.
• Develop and update client care plans based on individual client needs.
• Support caregiver scheduling, including managing callouts, filling open shifts, and communicating schedule changes.
• Use office and scheduling software to manage client records, document visits, maintain schedules, and complete administrative tasks.
• Communicate with clients and families to address concerns and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist with long-term care insurance documentation and other office responsibilities.
• Provide hands-on client care for call-outs, training, and fills.
