Advocate Health in Green Bay, WI seeks a Patient Care Assistant to support RNs in daily patient care, including bathing, feeding and mobility. You will document vitals, I&O and daily weights in the EMR and assist with admissions, discharges, and room setup.

This role requires strong communication, organization and teamwork to ensure patient comfort and safety. Ideal candidates demonstrate basic computer skills, detail orientation, and ability to handle interruptions in a fast-paced hospital

Responsabilidades

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, mobility, and monitoring.
• Document vitals, I&O, daily weights, and other data in EMR.
• Participate in admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Coordinate tests and treatments with different departments; manage scheduling in the unit.
• Support patient comfort and safety, including positioning and transportation.
