Your role with us
As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) at Salem Health, you’ll be a vital part of a compassionate care team, supporting patients through some of their most vulnerable moments. In the intermediate care unit (IMCU), you’ll work closely with nurses and providers to deliver personalized care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor vital signs. The IMCU offers a dynamic environment with 30 private, telemetry-capable rooms and a wide scope of services, including care for cardiac conditions, respiratory failure, sepsis, and more. You’ll gain hands-on experience with advanced procedures and build meaningful relationships with patients who remain in the unit from admission to discharge. This role is ideal for CNAs who want to grow their clinical skills, be part of a strong team culture, and make a real impact in patients’ lives every day.
