Your role with us
As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) at Salem Health, you play a vital role in delivering compassionate, hands on care during some of the most vulnerable moments in a patient’s life. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate closely with nurses and providers to ensure safe, personalized care. Our four medical surgical units care for a highly diverse patient population with diagnoses such as heart failure, sepsis, renal and respiratory failure, COVID-19, and complex co morbidities. This setting offers CNAs a broad range of experiences and the opportunity to develop a well-rounded clinical skill set. The Care in Place model allows CNAs to care for patients holistically while collaborating with multiple disciplines to support patients throughout their hospital stay.
