Elim Wellsprings in Minnesota is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for overnight shifts (7 PM–7 AM). The role includes hands-on personal care and CNA certification through our paid training.

Starting wage is $20.34/hour with up to $3.00/hour shift differential. No prior medical experience required; candidates must be 16+ and pass a MN background check. We offer comprehensive benefits and a hybrid CNA training program.

Qualifications

• No prior nursing or medical experience required.
• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs.
• Must pass MN Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care.
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
• Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities.
