Job summary

Hendricks Community Hospital Association is seeking qualified CNAs for the night shift. No experience necessary; we offer CNA classes at no cost to help you obtain certification. Start wage is $22.50 per hour and night hours run 6pm to 6:30am, with weekend and holiday rotations required.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, following care plans, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment in a long-term care setting. Comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• CNA role requires compassionate, dedicated care in geriatrics.
• Willingness to train with no prior experience.
• Infection control and safety procedures are essential.
• Ability to follow individual care plans and assist with ADLs.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to long-term care residents.
