Elm Crest in Harlan is seeking a CNA Trainee who will learn alongside nurses and CNAs while earning certification. You’ll be paid $16.00/hour during training and $17.00/hour after certification, with class fees covered.
You will assist residents with daily care, follow care plans, and engage residents in activities, all on-site, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Elm Crest has cared for older adults in Harlan and Shelby County since 1948. Our residents live in independent apartments, assisted living, and our skilled nursing health center. As a CNA Trainee, you'll learn side by side with our nurses and CNAs while you earn your certification. You'll then move to CNA pay and the CNA title.
