Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caregivers to join our national network. You will provide non-medical support, companionship, and help with daily tasks in clients' homes, delivering compassionate, reliable care.

We offer a $200 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($18-21/hr with $2 differential for overnight/weekend shifts), direct deposit, paid orientation, overtime/holiday rate, flexible schedules, and training.

Qualifications

• Have or be willing to get a Flu Shot
• National background check
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and a reliable car (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Maintaining effective communication with Office Staff and care team.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
