SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking caregivers to join our nationwide network. Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes.

We offer competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, overtime and holiday pay, flexible schedules, and employee recognition programs. Join us to make a difference.

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
