Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical care, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation for clients in their own homes.

Join a supportive team with paid orientation, ongoing training, direct deposit, overtime pay, flexible schedules, and a $200 sign-on bonus. We value reliability, punctuality, and building trusted relationships with clients and families. Overnight and weekend shifts carry a $2 differential in some cases.

Qualifications

• Have or be willing to get a Flu Shot.
• National background check completed.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and a reliable car (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Maintain effective communication with Office Staff and care team.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
