Job summary

Generations is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant for Fairfield Village in Layton, Utah. You will deliver prompt, courteous daily nursing care per each resident's plan, ensuring compliance with all standards and contributing to a positive living environment.

The role supports residents and families while reflecting Generations' family-focused values. Multiple shifts available, including evenings and weekends, with on-the-job training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• 1 year of Post Acute Care experience is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with prompt and courteous routine daily nursing care per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.

Description

The Certified Nurse Assistant in Post-Acute Care at Fairfield Village in Layton, UT, is responsible for providing residents with prompt and courteous routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan. Complies with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Full-time & Part-time, from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Part-time, from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• PRN/On-call
• 8-Hour Shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
