Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1+ years of home care experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation per care plan.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report health changes to supervisors.
• Provide medication reminders and basic health-related tasks per state regulations.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.
• Maintain clear documentation of services provided.
