Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide hands‑on in‑home care. You’ll assist clients with bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily living activities, always prioritizing safety and dignity.

You’ll work with a caregiver‑first team that supports growth through mentorship, paid certifications, and flexible scheduling. This role offers meaningful, stable work with opportunities for advancement and a culture of empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients.
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility & strength: help with range-of-motion exercises, walking, and physician-directed therapy routines.
• Monitor health: track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
• Advocate for safety: follow all infection-control and fall-prevention protocols and keep accurate EMR notes via our easy-to-use app.
