Job summary

Rawlins Rehabilitation and Wellness in Wyoming is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding support. You will take vital signs, document accurately, assist the nursing team, and help residents stay comfortable and safe.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; current Wyoming CNA certification required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, oral care).
• Serve meals and assist with feeding.
• Take and record vital signs and input/output.
• Reposition and transport residents.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Support nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
