Rawlins Rehabilitation and Wellness in Wyoming is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding support. You will take vital signs, document accurately, assist the nursing team, and help residents stay comfortable and safe.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; current Wyoming CNA certification required.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Serve meals and assist with feeding
• Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake/output, and weight
• Reposition and transport residents
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care
