The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, daily pay, and wage range $17.25–$27 per hour plus weekday and weekend shift differentials.

Qualifikationen

• Active CNA-I certification in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to quality resident care.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
