Qualifications

• Active CNA-I certification in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning and ambulation.
• Assist with toileting, continence care and linen changes.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Record vital signs as instructed and communicate changes.
• Assist with meals, hydration, activities, and appointments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
