Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking a certified CNA‑I to provide compassionate daily care in a 295‑bed sub-acute and long‑term care setting. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor changes, and support a patient‑centered team in a respectful environment.

Eligible candidates must hold CNA‑I (formerly GNA) and CNA‑II certifications, plus BLS/CPR. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) and CNA-II certification in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well‑being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available!

SHIFTS: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $18.50 – $25.75/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($1.50 For 3pm -11pm & $1.00 For 11pm - 7am)
