Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking a CNA-I to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 295-bed sub-acute and long-term facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities under licensed staff supervision, promoting dignity and safety in a warm, home-like environment.

Shifts available: 7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, and 11:00PM-7:00AM. The position offers competitive hourly pay with incentives, shift differentials, and optional benefits; daily pay and other perks

Qualifications

• CNA-I certification active in the state of employment and ability to obtain CNA-II
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Strong communication and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to resident care

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed staff guidance in a safe and respectful manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linen changes.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and daily needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that supports dignity and well-being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available!

SHIFTS: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $18.50 – $25.75/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($1.50 For 3pm -11pm & $1.00 For 11pm - 7am)

Responsibilities for CNA-I:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNA-I:

• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) and CNA-II certification in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing quality resident care.
