Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Salisbury, MD is seeking a dedicated CNA-I to join our compassionate care team. You will provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) and an inclusive hourly pay range of $18.50–$25.75, plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) and CNA-II certification in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS / CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills and compassion for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

SHIFTS: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $18.50 – $25.75/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($1.50 For 3pm -11pm & $1.00 For 11pm - 7am)
