Job summary

Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a CNA-I for full-time and part-time roles with three daily shifts. Daily pay is offered for dedicated caregivers providing resident-focused services.

Join our compassionate team caring for residents with dignity and respect, including feeding, bathing, mobility, and daily living activities. Active CNA-I and BLS/CPR certifications are required to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA-I (GNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
