Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under nursing staff guidance.
• Assists with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and linen changes.
• Documents all aspects of patient care in a timely manner.
• Communicates patient needs and care plans to oncoming staff and RNs.
• Participates in unit quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains a safe environment and reports safety hazards.
• May perform additional duties as requested.
