Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active Florida CNA Certification is required.
• Active CPR Certification is preferred; on-site training available.

• Strong communication skills with residents, visitors, and team members.
• Ability to produce a negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation.
• Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations.
• Help manage mealtimes by escorting residents to the dining area or delivering meals to their rooms.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols.
