Job summary

Serenity Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation is now hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Florida. We offer full-time and part-time positions across all shifts with a starting pay of $16.77 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification required.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and comfort.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control practices.
• Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
