Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, FL is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for full-time, all shifts. The role offers $16 - $17.50/hour and focuses on providing high-quality care to residents in a sub-acute, rehabilitation, and 24-hour skilled nursing setting.

The successful candidate will be Florida-certified, have a High School diploma or equivalent, and excel in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning residents
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and services
