Job summary

St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is hiring a full-time Resident Care Assistant (RCA) for Assisted Living. The role offers $15.00–$16.00/hour with experience credit and a $1.00–$1.75 shift differential, and shifts 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care and nourishment.
• Ensure Resident Rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
• Serve as a stepping stone toward obtaining healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.).
• Apply basic sanitation knowledge.
