Job summary

St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a CNA III – Skilled Nursing to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily needs, answer call lights, and support nursing staff across shifts.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($16.00–$22.00), Full-Time and Part-Time positions, with shift options 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a, plus a strong benefits package and opportunities for on-site CPR training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Active CNA Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification preferred; on-site training available.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication with residents, visitors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation.
• Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments.
• Help manage mealtimes by escorting residents or delivering meals to rooms.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols.
