Job summary

Spirit Hospice of Georgia is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our locally owned team in Georgia. You will be a vital part of the interdisciplinary team, communicating patient needs and following care plans to ensure high-quality comfort and support for patients and families.

The role emphasizes a servant’s heart, reliability, and strong patient advocacy, with benefits and a supportive work culture designed to value caregivers who put patients first.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's residence.
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter most.

Responsibilities

• Follow a thought-out care plan for each patient as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Be the right hand of the RN Case Manager to ensure the best care for the patient.

Description:

As a Hospice Aide, you are one of the most vital pieces of the interdisciplinary team. You are the boots on the ground and the main communicator of your patient’s needs. Our CNA's role is to follow a thought-out care plan for each patient, and to be the right hand of the RN Case Manager; ensuring the best care for the patient is achieved.

Position Requirements:

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most
