Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors is seeking mature CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for local seniors. You will perform ADLs, mobility assistance, and daily tasks while maintaining dignity and safety.

Ideal candidates are licensed CNAs with reliable transportation, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for meaningful, at-home care. This is a flexible, client-centered opportunity focusing on quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Credentials: A valid, unencumbered state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Physical Agility & Awareness: Ability to assist with transfers, bending, lifting, and reaching while maintaining safety.
• Absolute Reliability: Consistent attendance and steady_schedule aligned with client needs.
• A Ready Vehicle: Valid US Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Background checks: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening if state requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skilled, Compassionate Care: Assist seniors with ADLs including transferring, ambulation, bathing, dressing and grooming with dignity.
• Offer Specialized Peace of Mind: Provide respite care and support for families facing advanced aging needs.
• Support Daily Independence: Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to keep a household running smoothly.
• Bring Joy and Connection: Engage seniors in conversations and activities to keep them socially engaged.
• Provide Safe Passage: Drive seniors to errands, appointments, or activities as needed.
