Job summary

Senior Helpers Central Dallas is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care in clients' homes, helping them stay safe and independent. Positions available part-time and full-time, with flexible shifts to fit your schedule.

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will build relationships through engaging conversations, assist with daily activities, prepare meals, and report on clients' progress.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License.
• Current Car Insurance.
• 1 year of Agency Caregiver experience preferred and/or a CNA.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Personal transportation (No Lift or Uber, bus, or train acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.).
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy.
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
• Report activities completed and provide updates on clients' condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
