Job summary

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, TN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts. Join a resident-centered team offering higher starting wages, flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts, and opportunities to advance toward LPN and RN.

As a CNA, you’ll assist with ADLs, take vital signs, support meals, and provide compassionate care in a supportive, team-focused environment with benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Tennessee CNA certification.
• Compassion for seniors and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to work every other weekend and assigned shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Assist residents with meals and hydration as needed.
• Provide emotional support and build respectful relationships with residents and families.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care.
