Job summary

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, TN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for the Full-Time Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM). Join a compassionate team delivering daily resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care preferred.
• Compassion for seniors and commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Measuring and recording vital signs.
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Supporting meal service, hydration, and feeding assistance.
• Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Following resident care plans and facility procedures.
• Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
