Job summary

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, TN is hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 6:00 AM–2:00 PM day shift. New higher starting wages and comprehensive benefits are available, with consistent scheduling and occasional weekend rotations.

As a CNA you will assist residents with ADLs, help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding; take vital signs; report changes to licensed nurses; and provide compassionate care in a team-focused skilled nursing

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification (active)
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
• Compassion for elderly residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Ability to work assigned shifts and every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Take and document vital signs accurately
• Report changes in resident conditions to licensed nurses
• Support residents during meals and assist with feeding

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a CNA, Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Assistant, or Resident Care Aide, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
