Job summary

Qualifications
- Current, active Tennessee CNA certification.
- Genuine compassion for seniors and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work every other weekend and assigned shift.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nurse.
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and safe feeding as needed.
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and families.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent resident care.
