• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and safe feeding as needed.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and families.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent resident care.
