Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to document all patient care activities, observe patient needs, and support nurse workflow. The CNA must prioritize physician orders, respond to calls, greet and direct patients and visitors, and ensure messages are accurately transmitted.

Responsibilities require current CA CNA certification, active nursing program involvement if RN student, and BLS/CPI/NCI credentials.

Qualifications

• CA Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or equivalent.
• Recent Nursing Fundamentals completion within last 24 months and active RN program enrollment.
• BLS Certification (AHA) current.
• CPI or NCI certification within 120 days of hire and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Document all activities per policy.
• Observe patient biophysical, developmental, cognitive, emotional, spiritual and sociocultural needs.
