Temecula Valley Hospital (TVH) is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to document patient care and support nursing staff. You will observe patients, assist with daily activities, answer calls, greet visitors, and help coordinate messages for the care team.

The CNA must hold a CA certification, be current with Nursing Fundamentals, and maintain BLS (AHA). CPI or NCI certification is required within 120 days of hire, with ongoing renewals.

Qualifications

• Current, valid California CNA certificate.
• Evidence of Nursing Fundamentals completion within the last 24 months from an accredited RN program.
• BLS Certification (AHA and current).
• CPI or NCI certification within 120 days of hire and annual renewal thereafter.

Responsabilités

• Document all activities performed per policy.
• Observe patient biophysical, developmental, cognitive, emotional, spiritual and sociocultural needs.
• Answer patient calls and direct patients/visitors; relay messages to staff.
• Assist with prioritization and processing of physician orders within designated time frames.
