Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The CNA will document activities and monitor a range of patient needs, including biophysical, developmental, cognitive, emotional, spiritual and sociocultural aspects.
The role requires a CA CNA certificate, completion of Nursing Fundamentals within the last 24 months, BLS, CPI or NCI certification within 120 days, and the ability to work in a high-volume
Competenze
- Current, valid CA Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
- Evidence of completion of Nursing Fundamentals within the last 24 months from an accredited RN program and currently enrolled in an RN program.
- BLS Certification (AHA and current)
- CPI or NCI certified within 120 days of hire and annual renewal thereafter
Mansioni
- Observes patient biophysical, developmental, cognitive, emotional, spiritual and sociocultural needs.
- Documents all activities performed in accordance with established policy under RN supervision.
- Answers patient calls, greets and directs patients/visitors; records and delivers messages for patients/staff.
