Job summary

A compassionate care provider in Chelmsford is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver care within a warm, comfortable environment. As part of the team, you will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and engage residents in meaningful activities. We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aid, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home‑like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
