Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. The CNA/HHA will support daily living activities, document care, and provide emotional support while engaging residents in meaningful activities.

Key qualifications include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license and prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aid, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
