Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team as a Resident Care Associate. The role focuses on delivering personalized care in a warm, home-like setting and supporting residents’ daily living activities and emotional well-being.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA/HHA/LNA license and bring a patient, respectful approach. The position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with our community.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Resident CareAssociate, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
