Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Worcester, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver daily care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. We have all shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, and full-time, part-time or per diem options. You will assist with ADLs and provide emotional support.

Responsibilities include documenting care, reporting changes, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. A CNA license is required; dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia desired.

• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.

We currently have all shifts available - Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem 7am-3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am! Let us know your availability

RCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
