Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Wareham, MA is urgently hiring compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care that supports comfort, dignity, and independence. Roles include full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and 20+ hours per week, plus weekly pay.

Caregivers will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities
