Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Middleborough, MA is hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to support clients in their homes with flexible part-time shifts and immediate openings.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping, following care plans and daily routines. There are first/second shift opportunities and weekday/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable with a focus on home care.
• Able to work independently in a client’s home and follow care plans.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
