Synergy HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Milford, MA. We seek caring, reliable caregivers to help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence at home. Choose 20–40 hours per week with full-time and part-time opportunities and shifts from first to second.

Immediate openings available in Milford. As a caregiver, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping, following care plans and communicating changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification required.
• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Able to provide care independently in a client's home.
• Reliable with scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities
