Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Foxborough, MA is hiring CNAs, HHAs and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care. We offer flexible schedules, including full-time or part-time roles, with 20 to 40 hours per week and shifts that fit your availability.

As a caregiver, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping, while following care plans and communicating changes to the team. Immediate hiring is available in Foxborough.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required or preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable caregiver.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
