Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Raynham, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide quality in-home care and support. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.

You will assist clients with personal care, mobility, meal prep, companionship, and safety in the home, while following care plans and communicating needs to the team. We provide weekly pay, first and second shift options, short-hour and long-hour shifts, and weekday/weekend availability to accommodate

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently in a client’s home.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team.
