SYNERGY HomeCare in Medfield, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care that supports clients' independence and quality of life.

We offer 20 to 40 hours per week with full-time and part-time opportunities, short- and long-hour shifts, first and second shifts, and weekday/weekend schedules. Immediate openings available in Medfield for dedicated caregivers who value compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
