Benchmark Senior Living LLC is seeking compassionate CNAs to join The Branches of Framingham on a part‑time and per diem schedule, with shifts 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm. This role involves delivering direct care to residents in a warm, home‑like environment.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior experience is preferred but not required; dementia care experience is a plus. Excellent benefits and a flexible weekend schedule are offered.

Formación

• Must hold a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.
• Prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is a plus.

• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive excellent care.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
